The space
This third-floor apartment (no elevator) is spacious, fully air conditioned, elegantly decorated and a perfect vacation spot to experience beach life on a beautiful Caribbean island.

Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean in the waterfront primary suite, complete with a full bathroom, high-definition TV, a plush queen-size mattress, and a large closet.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything to prepare all your meals - toaster, coffee maker, blender, oven, you name it! The wonderful view to the ocean from the kitchen will transform cooking into a relaxing experience.

Go upstairs to our spacious private roof terrace and take in the lovely ocean breeze. This rooftop deck is ideal for grilling, sunbathing, yoga, or dining al fresco.

We recommend renting a car to explore other things Puerto Rico has to offer, like El Yunque National Forest in Río Grande, Cabezas de San Juan in Fajardo, Old San Juan, or Toro Verde Eco Adventure Park in Orocovis.

The apartment is for the sole use of our guests. Only your registered guests will be staying during your rental period.
Other things to note
Read the information below before renting our property:

-Access to the apartment from the parking lot is only available by stairs.

-Access to the rooftop deck from the apartment’s main level is only available by stairs.

-Both bathrooms are on the apartment’s main level and are equipped with bathtubs.

-Internet service is provided by an outside vendor. While we have equipment to offer this service, we cannot guarantee it will always be available in the area. If Wi-Fi is required during your stay, we strongly recommend bringing your own mobile hotspot. There are also plenty of books, games and toys to keep the family entertained.

-Puerto Rico has many infrastructure problems, including the power grid. As beautiful as the island is, visitors should be prepared for power outages, unstable cell phone signal, or lack of water service, which are all beyond our control.

-We offer complimentary bathroom and kitchen items to start your vacation. Guests should purchase and replenish these items as they become depleted during the stay.
